Mini Yogis
This monthly Saturday yoga camp will teach children yoga poses, give them the tools to manage stress, improve flexibility, allow for socialization, and most importantly, be full of fun and laughter! Each class will begin with some grounding breathwork and end with a period of relaxation. Make sure to bring water and a yoga mat, if you have one!
Vinyasa
Vinyasa Flow emphasizes sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, and fluidity within body and mind.
All levels welcome.
Slowga
Slow flow yoga includes mostly breath and meditative work. In these classes, we flow at a meditative pace, holding poses for longer periods of time, putting emphasis on peace and calm in both body and mind.
